2017 LIT Dates:

LIT Session: August 13 - 19

2017 LIT Pricing:

Tier C:  $1,000

Tier B:  $925

Tier A:  $850

All tiers include $25 in camp store funds.

The LIT Program is alternative one-week program to the CIT Program. The LIT Program is an outdoors based leadership program, consisting of a week long trip into the mountains of Vermont/New York. The requirements to be a part of the LIT Program are the same as the CIT Program. There is no interview process for the LIT Program but there is a writing component to the application.

The application window has now passed. Please contact the camp office if you have any questions. Notification will occur in early February.

For young men who have completed 10th grade.

Our CIT program enables campers to become tomorrow’s leaders. This 5-week program is designed to help campers in the transition to counselor and to develop leadership skills which can be used in school or in the workforce. The CIT experience provides in-depth training in skill development, child development, group dynamics, and conflict resolution.

Each CIT lives in a cabin with up to 9 other CITs. The CITs are supervised and mentored by the CIT Director. There are plenty of opportunities for CITs to enjoy camp recreation, off-site trips, and special events. 

All CITs must have an interview with the YMCA Camp Abnaki staff as part of the application process. Not all who apply will be accepted.

2017 Dates & Rates:

CIT Session 1:  June 24 - July 29

CIT Session 2:  July 15 - August 19

Tiered Pricing:

Tier C: $1,950

Tier B: $1,850

Tier A: $1,750

All tiers include $75 in camp store funds and all changeover weekend costs.

  Every year we hear parents ask us when is it their turn to go to camp. The answer … this year! Come as a family to enjoy the camp experience. Stay in one of our cabins, enjoy the great food and spend quality time with the family. There’s plenty of free time and scheduled programs for every family member. Family camp includes all meals, a variety of programs, waterfront activities, campfires and more!  

2017 Dates

Labor Day Weekend:  September 1 - 4


$175 per adult (ages 16+), $95 per child (ages 5-15), children up to age 4 are free. 

Maximum fee per family is $580.

  Come and spend a weekend at Camp with your son. This program allows for Dads to see what camp is like and spend it with their sons. Enjoy popular camp activities, including archery, fishing, boating, and arts & crafts.  Sleep in our comfortable cabins, enjoy home cooked meals, and spend time bonding with your son. Our staff provides a variety of programs and activities to fit everyone’s needs.

2017 Dates

September 22 - 24


$125 per adult (age 16+), $75 per child (ages 5-15), children up to age 4 are free.

Maximum fee per family is $255.
