The Greater Burlington YMCA is currently hiring an Assistant Director at Camp Abnaki. This role provides leadership and management support to the camp operation and staff, supports, and implements camp policies and procedures, oversees camp registrations, and provides direct service to camp families and donors.

We’re hiring for many positions at camp. All positions are residential and include Room & Board, except those listed as “commuter.”

Important dates to know:
- Leadership Training runs from June 10th-16th
- Staff Training runs from June 17th-27th
Additional pay may be given for applicants with certifications in needed areas: Lifeguard, CPR/First Aid, Wilderness First Aid, and Program Instruction (USA Level 1 Archery Instruction, High Ropes Course Training, US Sailing Small Boat Level 1 Instruction, etc.)
