We’re hiring for many positions at camp. To apply for a position please fill out an online form on the Staff Application page.
All positions are residential and include Room & Board, except those noted with an (*). Non-residential staff may have the option to live on camp.
Important dates to know:
- Leadership Training runs from June 10-16, 2021.
- Staff Training runs from June 17-27, 2021.
There are also a limited number of staff positions available during the Spring and Fall group rental season. Contact the camp office for more information.
Additional salary may be given for certifications beyond minimum requirements (Lifeguard, Program Instruction Certifications, etc.). Contact the camp office for details.

Summer Camp Nurse | Support | $1,200 wk | Must be an RN and be able to get a Vermont license. Required to live on-site for the duration of the season. Previous pediatric and triage experience preferred. | 10 |
Summer Camp Counselor | Cabin Staff | $175 – $260 wk | Must have completed sophomore year of high school. Must be male. Previous experience with youth preferred. Must be CPR/First Aid certified. | 9 |
Day Camp Counselor* | Day Camp | $11.50/hr | High school graduate preferred or be the equivalent age. Must be willing to ride and supervise the day camp bus. Previous experience working with youth preferred. Lunch is provided. Must live on-site during staff training week. | 9 |
Camp Admin Assistant | Support | $300 – $340 wk | One year of college preferred. This crucial position manages the main communication hub for camp. Oversees camp forms, parent communication, and the camp store. The position requires strong organizational skills and initiative. | 9+ |
Food Service Staff | Support | $300 – $600 wk | Must have completed Junior year of High School. Experience in commercial kitchens a plus. A desire to learn culinary skills and a good work ethic, and an interest in children a must. | 9 |
