  • Develop teaching skills: lesson planning and instruction, team-building, constructive feedback, skills assessment

We’re hiring for a variety of positions at camp, such as Overnight Camp Counselors, Food Service, Waterfront, Health Center, and Property Staff! Almost all positions are residential and include room & board, except a few that are “commuter.”



Important dates to know:

Leadership Training begins June 11, 2026

Staff Training begins June 18, 2026

Additional pay may be given for applicants with certifications in needed areas: Lifeguard, CPR/First Aid, Wilderness First Aid, and Program Instruction (USA Level 1 Archery Instruction, High Ropes Course Training, US Sailing Small Boat Level 1 Instruction, etc.)

There are also a limited number of staff positions available during the Spring and Fall group rental season. Contact the camp office for more information.
